As an Air Force brat, I spent my earliest years in
El Salvador and Panama becoming a bilingual brat.

I've spent the rest of my life as a true Southern girl. Let's get a few things straight, though. My kind of Southern means saying "Morning!" to strangers, writing thank-you notes longhand, and appreciating azaleas, pecan pie and War Eagle football. No double-wides or chewin' tobacco, thank you.

I studied architecture and design at Auburn, then worked for prestigious ad agencies in Birmingham, Atlanta and Houston. Won lots of awards. Even taught advertising classes. I started the first of several businesses at age 27. Now I'm a freelancer.

My passions? Family. Travel. Cajun food. A. Hays Town's Creole architecture. And I still absolutely love this exciting, ever-changing, rewarding
business I'm in. Sure beats having a real job.

I’m Lisa Stapleton Weldon.
An Atlanta art director, graphic designer.
An all-around creative person.

My specialty is conceptual thinking,
creating marketable, powerful, big ideas . . . whether
they’re for branding, print or interactiv
e campaigns,
mobile promotions, video for broadcast or viral,
or an entire integrated marketing campaign.

I cut my teeth on traditional advertising.
Nowadays, I’m knee-deep in interactive media.
I’m a rare bird these days,
able to tweet or greet my clients’
target audiences with print, outdoor, TV,
or the latest in this wonderful new media.

So that’s me. What can I do for you?
